Is it really worth the drop in DA score? Won’t it actually hamper SEO because of a low DA? Even if it rises, it’ll never reach 90.

No you can’t monetize with Adsense on Substack.

In my eyes it’s always custom domain. Sure substacks domain is high but it’s not yours and never will be.
