My Tech Stack 2025
And how it share it from now on
My Medium friends can read this story over there as well.
I am a linguist, blogger, and content creator juggling a handful of kids, my digital products, newsletters, and blogs.
I need a good tech stack to keep up with my work, and have free time for my family.
Here’s a look at the actual tools I use daily.
My Stack
Before I we begin, I will link to my stack on Benable. It’s a cool platform to share everything you use.
What is Benable
Think of Benable as your public recommendation board for everything you actually use and love, like apps, tech, gear, services.
You build lists for your followers, share reviews. You can organize your favorite workflows, give honest takes on products, and generate affiliate income or traffic to your own products.
It’s free too. Check Benable out.
Now, let’s get into my stack.
Writing Platforms
Substack: My home base for newsletters and blogging. The frictionless design, discovery, and monetization options are unbeatable if you want to reach and grow an audience.
Medium: Useful for broad reach and evergreen content. My archive on Medium helps connect with new readers.
Vocal: A lesser-known platform for ad-free, quality writing. They reward top stories and run competitions with real prize money. I publish occasionally there and always appreciate the bonuses.
Gumroad: My go-to marketplace for selling digital products, Notion templates, designs, and guides. It’s creator-friendly and I even run an email list through Gumroad.
Must-Have Software & Apps
Notion: My brain’s second home for planning, drafting, tracking ideas, and running my writing business. Custom dashboards are a must. But I slowly transition more and more to Apple Notes.
Grammarly: As a non-native speaker, I need Grammarly to catch the mistakes.
Canva: For design, graphics, app icons, logos, portfolio pieces, and digital products.
Setapp (Mac/iOS): One subscription, a library of premium apps for writing, maintenance, brainstorming. It’s worth every cent if you’re on Mac.
Hidden Gems
SparkLoop*: The #1 newsletter recommendation and monetization engine. I recommend newsletters, and SparkLoop pays when people sign up. Brilliant.
WriteStack*: Adds advanced scheduling, AI writing, and idea inspiration to Substack. Pretty cool tool.
Superwriter: My all-in-one workflow template for writing, planning, tracking income, setting goals, and managing social posts.
Comet Browser: Most recent addition. Fst AI search, distraction-cutting, research organization. I have already found a dozen of amazing use cases for bloggers. And I will find so many more, I am sure.
Hardware
MacBook 16” (2024)*: The ideal laptop, flawless for writing, content creation, and multitasking. Powerful enough to do basically anything.
iPhone 16 Pro: My daily productivity device, everything from writing on the go to organizing family logistics.
Monitor Samsung M8*: I opted for a flexible display that supports Mac, Chrome OS, and Windows, versatility is key for testing tools and workflows.
Standing Desk* & Walking Pad*: Best puchases! A walking pad under a standing desk is pure gold. 10K steps daily before lunch while writing, major boost to creativity and health.
The Bottom Line
I focus on apps and devices that do one thing really well, prioritize reliability, and cut out unnecessary friction. I don’t need many tools or things. Just the richt ones.
Every tool is selected for making content creation, publishing, and selling digital products easier , plus keeping me moving whiile working.
