You can add you gtag code snippet. And I don’t think it’s problematic to get a Substack site indexed automatically. Might not happen overnight but it will happen.

I’d say good quality content always has to come first. Maybe that’s a benefit of Substack. Here you can get discovered without the click baity headline and bowing to SEO.
