I’m so glad you’re able to do what you do allowing for more time with your kids. All my life I heard people speaking about their kids saying “they grow up so fast” but until having a kid of my own, I never fully grasped just how true that phrase is. You blink and a year goes by and they’re six inches taller and their personalities have developed more and it’s just astonishing to watch that happen. Point being that I’m glad you’re with your kids as much as possible now. It’s important for them and for you!

My son had to stay home from pre-school. But my wife couldn't skip work.
And I had a consulting call at 9AM I couldn't reschedule.
So, I gave 20 minutes to my son. I read him "The 3 Little Pigs" while he ate breakfast. Twice. Doing voices. 😂
Then we brought his Legos to my office and he played quietly for the whole hour.
I'm so proud of him.
And so grateful I discovered content creation 14 years ago.
(By the way, the client didn't even notice my son and he was excited by the outcome of the consultation)
That’s a great story. And yes just another reason why working from home is wonderful.
